Operation:
- Place rack onto the 42" rotating table
- For sheet pans, install the "Center Hub"
by inserting four pins under the hub into the center-plate

- Slide the sheet pans down vertically into two opposite
u-slots, one on the ring of the rack and the other on
the center hub
- All counter pans will slide into the clips around
the ring
- Place additional items inside facing down
